Market Brunch Experience July 13, 2024 7:30am - 12:00pm

Join us for a morning of shopping, baking and eating! We enjoy using local ingredients and there is no better way to do this than shopping at the farmer’s market.

We will meet at the North Asheville Tailgate Market held on the UNCA campus at 7:30am. (approx. 5 min drive from the baking school) There, we will break into teams and off we will go with our shopping lists for everything we need to make a market brunch.

Once we arrive back to the school, we will make pie dough for quiche, honey pecan granola for yogurt parfaits and a delicious seasonal muffin. We will enjoy a big market brunch together to finish off class. This experience is a great opportunity to get to know your farmers and learn how to make wholesome recipes to nourish your family!
